The Ed.D. curriculum enables students to directly apply human development theory and advanced management practices to their organizations by focusing on key subject areas: leadership and decision making, organizational development, learning and design, and data and analytics. Students also complete an intensive capstone project in which they identify challenges, create a comprehensive plan, and develop solutions for a focal organization.
