This course is an exploration of the ethics of leadership and learning conceived as the  practice of responding fully and defensibly to the existential question, “How shall I  live?” in the context of organizational goals and constraints and in recognition of  power-laden roles within those institutions. We link experience, value, motivation and  action to philosophical ideas to ensure that our leadership decisions account for all the  elements of our moral/ethical lives.
