Stephanie Shackelford received her Ed.D. in organizational leadership from Northeastern University, and she graduated with a M.Ed. in organizational leadership from Vanderbilt University. She also graduated summa cum laude from Vanderbilt University with a bachelor of science in human and organizational development.
In 2012, she founded two companies focused on coaching students and professionals in navigating their career paths. In addition to her companies, she also conducts research and consults with organizations around topics of human capital and talent development. Her primary research interests are vocational and career development.
