Dr. Susan Douglas specializes in program evaluation and health services research and development, with an interest in the implementation of quality improvement initiatives that contribute to sustainable individual provider behavior change and enhance organizational learning through the use of technology, professional development and evidence based assessment. She has particular expertise in measurement feedback systems for improving care. Her program areas of interest include child, family, and adult coping with stress and trauma and strengths-based initiatives to improve individual and organizational well-being. She earned her B.A. in psychology from Christian Brothers University and her M.S. and Ph.D. in psychology from Vanderbilt University.
