Your Student Success Advisor will be reaching out to you to schedule both the Welcome Phone Call and the Program Welcome Session.

Your Student Success Advisor will reach out to you to begin the onboarding process with a Welcome Call. The Welcome Call is an opportunity to welcome you to the program, introduce the role of a Student Success Advisor, and talk about upcoming next steps to get you ready for the program. The call should last around 10-15 minutes.

The Program Welcome Session takes place in the live classroom and lasts approximately 45 minutes to an hour. During this session, we will go more in depth into the program’s expectations, discuss the various accounts and systems you’ll be using throughout the program, and you’ll even get to meet some of your classmates! Attendance to a session is required before the start of classes.
